Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy allows the client to listen to their body and increases their self-awareness. In the current life construct and lifestyles led by most people, we have learnt to ignore our body and inner wisdom. The self-awareness through this therapy enables people to become aware of what their body needs and enables us to look after ourselves. This leads to better physical and mental health, which then allows us to achieve our goals and ambitions in life. BSCT brings about a sound mind and body balance.
The way this therapy works is, that I as a practitioner, will provide the appropriate space and environment for the client’s body to become aware of all the systems within itself and this reveals the state of those systems. This leads to a self-tuning of the body, which is often deep and can have a profound effect on the client’s condition and on their physiology. After just a couple of sessions, the clients find relief for the health condition they came with. Clients may also discover new perspectives of relating to themselves and others. It also impacts how they relate to old patterns and allows them to find ways away from those patterns and find new direction in life. Most people report feeling fresh, energetic, free and relaxed as a result of treatment.
